There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.

Remember, search is your friend. To know which models all these devices are have a look on the back for model and then you can just google these models to find out their generation.






How do you sync or backup these devices? And on what versions are they? Look in Settings - General - About and look for version. We are now on IOS 5.1.
