Hello, I am a newbie. I have a question on sorting my apps. Games, education,ect. How do u do it?

If you mean putting them into appropriate folders you hold down on an icon and drag into another app and creates a folder. Like entertainment, or utilities and more.

Thought folders were coming with the iOS 4 upgrade in November.

I personally use the pages as large folders for now.
Web apps start page, reference next, then productivity, utilities, games and kid stuff.

Remember you can move the icons by holding one till they wiggle and display a plus sign. Then you can drag them to whatever page, position you want. Hit the home key and they become locked in place again.
