Thread: New to iPad

Hi everyone
Just bought my first iPad [2]. I'm really looking forward to getting to grips with it and gaining a lot of tips etc from you experienced iPadders! One thing I do notice is that there are apps that I don't want, will never use (Newstand for instance) and they are impossible to delete or move off the home page. Is that something I will just have to put up with? Trying to synch everything using iTunes and iCloud -- will get there eventually. at least I know now where to come for help!

Drag them to their own page off to the right and forget about them.
