Hello everyone, I'm new to the ipad world and trying to make the most out of it. My main interest is using the iPad for video editing whilst travelling. Basically I'm looking for advice on what are the best harddrives around that are iPad compatible. I hear it is difficult to transfer data from an iPad to a harddrive. Any advice on video editing and hard drives would be great. Thanks in advance.

Thats perfect! I want one. The reviews look good too. My only problem ~might~ be; all my movies are on iTunes. Can I get them on GoFlex from iTunes?

As far as i can see the Go flex satalite only steams the files as read only to the iPad. As far as I can see one cannot transfer data from iPad to goflex, or edit data stored on the goflex using the iPad. Not impressed with the product so far.

You would have to check with the manufacturers as it usually entails an app to interact with the drive, so they would have to have designed the drive specifically to do this.
