Does anyone know how to get rid of pics on the camera roll after I've neatly put them all into folders? when I try to delete them it deletes them from everything, including the albums.

Yes, this is how the photo app works. The photos in your albums are just like a shortcut to the original so it will delete everywhere.

Aaah. Figured it. You put everything into the album then, in the album, remove what you don't want. The camera roll stays intact. only Apple know why they've done it this way!
