My email address has just sent emails to everyone in my address book with a link to a work at home advert - embarrassing. Anyone any ideas why this has happened?

My, that is not good, I'm thinking some type of virus also on your computer, hopefully someone will know more.

It is also possible your email account's password is compromised. It would be a good idea to change it.

My computer is virus free. It turned out to be my email account compromised - scary!

Unfortunately, all too common.

My iPad2 is doing same sending lots and lots of spam email from my address book "crappy work at home" ****, I have changed password on email and waiting to see, annoying is the least that can be said !!!
