hi my name is Angela and I had an Ipad for Christmas it worked fine but since the 21st of January it will not connect to my internet, however my Iphone and laptop is working Ok i dont know what to do hahah any suggestions or help is welcome thanks in advance regards Angela

That's a bit of an odd issue.
Internet stopped working...just like that?
What was the last thing you used the iPad for before it stopped working?

Hi there Angela and welcome.

I would try two things, reboot your router and restart your iPad (press and hold the home and on/off buttons together until the Apple logo appears). If that doesn't work let us know (also check that you have no restrictions set in the Settings App and that Airplane mode hasn't become activated.

There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.

Remember, search is your friend. If you can't find the answer you need and you post a question then give as much info as you can to help members help you i.e. iPad 1 or 2, iOS version and name of app if the problem is with a specific app........and please don't forget to read the rules Forum rules - everybody please read!!
