Hi,
Have bought Lady and the Tramp for my daughter, but having to watch it with a deep black border on the top and bottom of the screen. In effect, only half of the screen size is in use. It's like watching a movie through a letter box. Any suggestions ?

I think you'll find a lot of films are like that because they have been made to fit a wide cinema screen. The only option is to zoom in, which means you lose some of the action going on at the sides. Do you have a letterbox/double arrow symbol to the right of the time bar? Clicking on this swaps between the two views. Personally I prefer to get the whole picture.
