Hello, I am a new member. I hope I am making my first post correctly! I do not yet own an iPad but am looking for-ward to the iPad 3. Any idea when it will be available??

Hi Bob and welcome to the Forum!

We have a thread about when the ipad3 may be launched, it's just a guessing game at this stage but the consensus seems to be that it may be announced this month with release sometime in March. Not too long all the same.

The IPad Forum is a community of members from all walks of life and from all over the world coming together to share our experiences and to help each other learn about this wonderful piece of technology the Ipad. There is a wealth of information already here in the many threads we have so doing some searches will answer most of the questions you have. If then you cannot find the answer you are seeking then by all means post your question. There are many friendly and informed members here only too willing to help you.

What a great trip that would be, New Zealand is a great destination, there are so many beautiful and scenic areas there and Australia I'm sure you'll love, but I maybe biased there! Let me know if you need any info, I'd be glad to be of help.
