Hey leelei great to meet you. I am grateful for this site. I am a apple product fanatic. I have never had any problems with my 2 iPads and 3 iPhones. But my new ipad2 (video app) just went blank on me after it froze while I was watching my TV show. Please can you direct me to the right forum? Please?

Hi and welcome to the Forum!
Were you streaming this video and it froze? Could it have been your Internet connection dropping out? Or has the app chucked a wobbly here. I take it you couldn't get it going again. Try this step and see how you go.
From the home screen do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. Press the minus sign, this will close the app, not delete it, now press the home button to return to your screen. It's also a good idea to close all these apps, as it helps the iPad run smoothly. Let us know if it's working now.
