Hi all. I bought my first computer in 1993, a Mac Performa 450. 4 MB ram, 120MB HDD. Came with a 14.4 modem, I believe, and I just loved the thing. I followed that with an iMac until I now longer could use it for work (our company went with a proprietary software that only ran on windows). So I had to make the switch. And I was fine. Until I bought my wife an iPad last year. Every once in a while I would play with it, but it was not until I checked out a friends iPad at work last month and saw him using an app (Splashtop Streamer) to access his windows computer that I was sold. I now use that app along with some other programs and I have to say, I use my iPad about 4 hours a day now. And love every minute of it. I have followed these forums for about 2 months now, and would like to say thanks to everyone that gives their time to help others out. As I become better versed in the workings of this great tool, I will try to add whatever help I can. Thanks again, and wow, what a great idea this thing is.
