New to iPad. Wondering if need to update os? How do I tell? Does this have a internal mic? Is there a way to make calls via web? This is not a 3G unit.

The OS4 for the iPad doesn't come out till the fall (September-October) When they do bring it out connect iPad to iTunes and click on update it will then ask you to update the latest iTunes software then it will upgrade your phone to OS4.

1. No iOS updates for a few months.
2. Connect to iTunes and press the Check for Update button.
3. Yes, internal mic.
4. I've made many Skype calls which work great!
5. Just need a WiFi connection...

On the plus side, if you work on Secret+ government projects, they'll actually allow you carry the thing around without getting strip searched... :P
