I am trying to pair my Ipad2 with my daughter IPad IPad and ..... Nothing occurred.

Anyone can help me?

I'm not sure if you can pair them with Bluetooth, someone else may chime in here who does know more.

You need an app running on each device to connect one to the other. What are you attempting to transfer between the two devices? Bluetooth is just a transport protocol. It doesn't "do" anything by itself.
