How do I do this?

I use Itunes to transfer but its hard to understand the sync process etc...
I bought the Apple Camera Kit and still does not work
when I plug in a USB stick, it say it does not have enough power or something....
I read somewhere about you have to create a DCIM folder in your USB stick but still didn't work.

you can use the app Dropbox or box or photo sync and I am sure there are many others

SkyDrive is an excellent App for syncing photos and data between PC an iPad. (It gives you 7 free gigabytes on cloud storage which is better than most others I've seen)
Download free SkyDrive in the App Store onto the iPad. Then on the web, download free SkyDrive appropriate to your PC. I use Picasa as a good photo management but you may be using others, or could be downloading photos from your camera straight onto your iPad or onto your PC.
Then it's a simple matter of dropping your photo album into the SkyDrive file and it will nicely sync onto your iPad (and vice versa). Don't hesitate to ask anything further regarding this.
