I have just joined the forum as I have only recently bought an Ipad 2 which I find increasingly useful, particulartly when travelling. At the moment I am seeking advice on how to access the BBC iPLAYER whilst overseas, that is outside the UK? Is any member able to help or advise please?

BBC iplayer is currently only available in UK
If an app has stopped responding or closes on launch, try the following: *
Home screen *
click the Home button twice *
Tap and hold on the app *
When it jiggles, tap the (-
) to close it *
Double-click the Home button and re-open the app
