I had to have a replacement ipad 2 because it crashed when downloading latest OS system. I have connected and synced most of my saved content, but it wont pick up some of my apps. Help!

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

You can just redownload any apps you have purchased for free, go to the App store and along the bottom you will see a tab Purchased, press this then up the top you will see Not on This iPad. Press this and it will show all purchased apps that aren't on your iPad. I hope this helps.
