So for now I'm looking for apps that can convert avi, mpg, mkv and more directly whith a app on my ipad to mp4 or m4v.

I want to be able to convert avi, mkv, mpg kind of file to mp4 or m4v. But I want to do it all on my ipad.
I got all the program to do it on my pc or mac but I want to do it on my ipad.
Exemple:
Import avi file convert it to mp4, save it to camera roll and use it in imovie if I want !
