Is there any way I can see that app. I did all the solution I have read. I coudnt find in "search" left side homescreen, and it's not in the restrictions also. Please help....

I have never been able to find facetime on my Ipad 2. It has all of the current updates and everything else, but no facetime. IT gets really old. It also plays crappy videos and has to constantly buffer everything so there is nothing smooth about watching videos on it. It is not even a year old. Top model with 3g/wifi and 64 gigs.

If you are on the latest OS and still do not have FaceTime I'm thinking you could reside or have bought your iPad from maybe the UAE. FaceTime is not available in some countries due to government restrictions. Can I ask where you bought it. iPads sold here are fundamentally different from other iPads and as far as I know there is no way of getting FaceTime on the iPad at all. There is Skype which you can use though.
