Hi I'm from the uk and have had an I pad 2 since June I previously had an I pad 1. I've never had any problems unti this week when I realised some of my notes were missing. I rang the help line only to be told my 90 days of on line
help was over but they did assist me. I managed to restore my notes but in doing so lost photos and apps and I'm
now in a quandary as how to restore them.

You can always download your apps again without additional charge. Same for any music tracks you have purchased. iTunes keeps a record of your purchases and you don't have to pay a second time.

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad

If you don’t already have it you can download a copy of the iPad manual for free.
