About LinkBacksMy wife is in turkey as we speak and her ipad2 wifi works fine in her hotel but she can't get her 3G to work. Any ideas ?

Two suggestions - has she enabled 'Data roaming' in the 'Settings', 'Cellular' menu?
Most service providers, too, require roaming to be pre-authorised before you depart on your travels. Was her service provider in the US AT&T? If so, you might need to contact them on her behalf. But remember that roaming charges are very high and she might be better off purchasing a local SIM card.
