Hi, the reason I joined the forum is because I convinced my dear sister to purchase an iPad so that we could communicate via FaceTime. She lives in Florida and I am in Germany. She has a bell south email address and can't connect and is receiving error messages. She is desperate. I was hoping to find a solution for this within the forum.
