hello, everyone , could someone tell me plz if there is a way to update to 4.3 version of ios for ipad 1 , if i am on 3.2.2 now , itunes its not signing it for me in itunes 10.4

can't, only 4.3.5 and maybe 4.3.4.

what is your concerns?

As Poser suggested, there is no way to update to 4.3.3 as Apple are now only offering 4.3.5
