I do have Apple Care protection for it. I was wondering what I could do about this issue.
Apple will replace iPad2s that have bleeding screens so take it to your local Apple Store for a replacement. It might be worth 'phoning in advance to check they have a replacement in stock so as to save a wasted journey.
