    Welcome

    Greetings all,

I'm new to this forum as well as to the Apple iPad platform. My first question....is there a difference between the Apple iPad 2 Verizon vs. Apple iPad 2 AT&T? Thanks in advanced.

They are the same device, just dependent on which company (Verizon or AT&T) you wish to go with for your 3G service. There are differences, so you'd do well to research what each offers.

Welcome to the site! There are also WiFi only versions, if you don't want to lock yourself into a contract with ATT or Verizon. I personally use a Verizon MiFi which lets me have a wireless hotspot any where I go, that my iPads can use to access the Internet. The nice thing about this choice is that the iPad is $130 cheaper because you aren't paying for the 3G radio in it, and I also can have 4G speeds on my iPad when I am in 4G coverage with my MiFi!
Sportin' an iPhone 4 (VZW), iPad 2 (64GB WiFi), MacBook Pro and Verizon MiFi
