I am a retired electronic engineer who starting using PC's when they were first introduced by IBM. Before that I used main frames and technical specialized computers like the HP 2100s. They had to be programmed in assembly language of Fortran.
Last year I bought a 32 GB iPod Touch 4 which I use daily and really enjoy using.
I recently bought a 32 GB iPad 2 for my wife who is an invalid and computer illiterate. I have grown to love the iPad2. She answers email and replies to it. I really like the simple user interaction and the great apps. My next computer may be a Mac laptop.

The Touch is great because it fits in your pocket. I bought Plantronics wireless Bluetooth earphones which work well. I use them to listen to podcasts and audiobooks.
