Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!
Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.
Have fun and enjoy your iPad
If you don’t already have it you can download a copy of the iPad manual for free.

I hope so too, I love the fact that this forum is family friendly. I know nothing about the Ipad, so looking forward to learn from all the professionals.
None of us are professionals here
But we are all iPad crazy people and, yes, we most definitely keep this Forum family-friendly. No spam, no disrespect, no bad language, no politics, no religion (the last two only just introduced - too contentious, otherwise) but anything to do with the iPad and there's even an (almost) anything goes section for off-topic conversations. We have four moderators - myself and hacking guru, Leigh in Scotland, Marie (SweetPoison) in California and Colin (col.bris) in Australia - together with a few super-moderators to keep us all under control. We all know only too well how many Forums degenerate into the 'Wild West' so the moderators rule with a 'rod of iron'!!
And any member can report a post that they feel trangresses the Rules - we encourage that - so if you see anything that you think should be brought to a moderator's attention, simply report it and an email gets sent to all the moderators and super moderators together with a copy of the reported post.
Have a great time here.
Tim
