    transfering files from old ipad to new one

    i just got an ipad 2 and i eant to transfer document files , contact list etc from ipad 1st to the 2nd one .. and i dont know how to do this please help !

    Restoring files from backup of 1st ipad

    I just finished doing this. I did a backup of first iPad on iTunes and then did a restore to the new one. Seems to haved worked fine.
