Double tap the area you wish to copy and the select bar will appear. Either select all or drag the blue bead(s) to select the desired text to be copied. Once your selection is made the copy,paste options will appear.
To paste double tap area and select paste from the presented selections.
It's more complex to get pieces of text as you long press for the magnifying glass then go through the same routine as above,
This isn't a perfect description but should get you going.

Touch a word in the block of text you want to copy, the touch either Select all or Select and drag the handles around until you have highlighted everything you want. Then touch Copy. Head over to where you want to paste it. Touch your screen in the text area and touch Paste.

My month view in Calendar is not highlighting the correct current day. The App icon in task bar is ok. Any advice on how to fix?

Not sure if it's posted here yet there's a lot to look for but has anyone noticed when using safari if you have say 4 pages open (don't matter how many), you can hold onto the top tab of each page hold it, then drag it to first page, second page etc. keep your safari pages in a neat order and rotate them as you please.

When the keyboard comes up for typing in url/web addresses, if you hold the .com key other choices will show, such as .co.uk, .es, .de.
CLOSING APPS: If an app has stopped responding or closes on launch, try the following: * Home screen * click the Home button twice * Tap and hold on the app * When it jiggles, tap the (-) to close it * Double-click the Home button and re-open the app

For those who have satellite receiver dreambox, or another linux based receiver, there is an ariplay pluging witch alowes you to stream videos, youtube videos, photos and music to you receiver/tv
