    Hi

You need an app I would recommend Bluefire reader. It's free. But there are others Bluefire works very well however. Welcome to the world of IPAD.

    LOVE my IPad !!

Hi everyone. I have had my iPad for over a year now and still learn something new about it every day !!! I love it but there are definitely some flaws I wish can be fixed. My biggest issue is the light is too bright at night even on its lowest setting. I usually hide under the covers at night when my husband is sleeping ! LoL ! Of course, the flash issue I tried solving that by using sky fire - but the safari browser is soooo much more advanced that I only use it when there is a video I come across and want to see. And my 3rd biggest pet peeves is with the app developers. Why can't they make the apps viewable bothe horizontally and vertical Other than those 3 pet peeves, I absolutely LOVE my iPad !!! Thank You Apple for making a quality product

Hi Patty and welcome to the Forum!!

Have you tried changing your screen to 'white on black' for night viewing, it may be a better option for you. Have a try anyway. Settings - General - Accessibility, 2nd from the Bottom - then white on black, 4th from the top and turn it on
Yes flash is a problem but I rarely find I need it but when I do I use Splashtop Remote Desktop It's a great app for streaming from my MacBook. There is a free lite version -Flash Web Browser - Splashtop so you can try it out and see what you think before buying the full version.
It's a peeve for me also that some apps can't be used both ways, I guess we can just tell them and see if it makes a difference.
