I am a new Ipad user with little computer knowledge. I love the Ipad thus far and use a couple of apps with my patients which they appreciate, but I am unfamiliar with certain features due to a long history of using Windows.

It's good to hear from you. Don't be afraid to post any questions that you may have or use the Search button near the top of the Forum web page. You'll find there are thousands of enthusiastic iPad users on this site that are only too happy to help you with any problems that you may have.
