    Dear All,

    You're very welcome. The bigger the iPad community the more we benefit from each other's experiences. Also, no need to post just questions! If you find something interesting or you have an unusual application for your iPad, then let us all know. It's fascinating how the use of the iPad is much wider than was originally anticipated. I got the impression that the initial concensus was that it was mainly a 'consumption' device, for surfing the web, reading emails etc.

    But I certainly use mine for 90% of the work that I previously did on my laptop. With a Bluetooth keyboard (I use the iGo Stowaway folding keyboard, as it's so compact but unfolds to give you a virtually full-size unit) you can write reports, work on spreadsheets, prepare PowerPoint presentations etc.

    OK - it obviously has its limitations but the convenience and great battery life make it an ideal device for many applications.
