using iPad about 6 months. lovin' it. I got it for traveling and it has been great. Lacking in the "word" document catagory though. I use pages but it doesn't drag and drop.

I want to burn my DVD 's which I own to iPad but handbrake quit working on my 64 bit win7 machine.

It's true that Pages doesn't have full Word functionality. You can import and export via email attachments or the Apple MobileMe 'cloud' service. Also, as you note, it's difficult to do copy and paste - no drag and drop! But it's great on the road - sitting on a bus (where I am now with 3G), train or plane (quite a few airlines, trains and buses have WiFi).
