    Thumbs down Apps do not load

    On my iPod thier seems to b a problem because when I try to tap on the app and win its trying to load it just goes back to he Lok screen,has that happen to any one of you devises whether its am iPad,iPod,iPhone ect.... Because maybe it doesn't have wifi.
