    Problems with wivi connection

    Recently been away from home. iPad showing new wifi name but won't connect even though password was accepted. Very frustrating as urgently needed emails. Can someone help please?

    Try opening Safari and see if the wifi you are trying to connect to needs authenticate via a web portal.
