Welcome to the forums. You will find that we are a very helpful bunch. If you have any questions or comments please don't be afraid to post. Thank you. Re your frozen mailbox, have you tried switching off and then back on? If this doesn't work, then power off your iPad. Do this by closing the app which is running, then press and hold the on / off switch until the power off slider appears. Power off, and wait for 10 seconds or so before switching on again. The Apple logo will appear on screen while things fire up. I hope this works for you.
