Hi all I am new. I just brought new I pad 4 it won't wont unlock when I slide it I restored with I tunes and reset. With home and power button still nothing. So mad at apple

Your new iPad comes with 90 days of free Apple tech support. If they can't help you, they'll replace your iPad if it's a lemon.

Wow...hadn't heard that one....but don't be mad...this stuff happens from time to time. Take it back to where you got it (best to take it to Apple if you can). Also, if you know someone with a lot of iPad experience, hand it to them to see if they can make it work. You never know...and it might save you same time.
