Looking for App that integrates PPP with a drawing program

My university as adopted a lecture capture program that is very limiting. If I can find an App that lets me run a PPP and draw on-top of the PPP, this would solve all of my problems.
I have downloaded a few Apps that claim to do this, but if they do, not very well.

So, just looking for advice on a decent app.
    peace

From the sounds of it, this may not be an option for you, but the best tools for annotation are for PDF files. It's easy enough to convert a Power Point (I'm hoping that's what you meant by PPP). It's a good options, as long as you don't need the file to go back to being a Power Point afterwards.

A lot of the other students here like and use iAnnotate. There are dozens of other options with various mixes of tools and services.

I thought they meant point to point protocol and had no idea how to control a drawing over it. The power point or portable doc format make much more sense

I'm just guessing, because I couldn't make any sense out of PPP either.

I based my guess on the other students we've had come through asking for a way to tame education's mad love affair with with Power Point.

Which is to say, if I'm wrong, I've already got my excuses lined up.
