    installing apps on my ipad

    very new at this. when i try to install a free app on my childs ipad it wants a billing address. i enter my us address and it only has provinces to choose from, not states. can any one help?

    Sounds like your in the wrong App Store (wrong country). What address was used to set-up the AppleID in question?
