Time setting
If Ghana is not on the list in The Clock app can you input another city, on the list, that has the same latitude? I don't have an atlas at hand but look for another city on the list that has the same latitude.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!
Have you tried inputting Ghana in the Date/time settings? Settings - General - Date and Time - Time Zone.
