Thread: Help

I had my iPad two for Christmas and am having a problem with it when am on my iPad for say about an hour the Severn goes black for about five second and then the apple logo come up it then goes back to my lock screen and seem to be fine again I was just wondering do you know why this is happening has it annoying and frustrating thanks x

Hi there and welcome.

That doesn't sound right at all, my iPad two runs endlessly (almost) and doesn't crash back to the lock screen. As it appears to be resetting itself it seems pointless trying that. If you have a recent back up you could try restoring it in iTunes but I think I would be inclined to take it in to an Apple Store (make an appointment at the Genius Bar) or call Apple Support.

There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.

Remember, search is your friend. If you can't find the answer you need and you post a question then give as much info as you can to help members help you i.e. iPad 1 or 2, etc. and iOS version and name of app if the problem is with a specific app........and please don't forget to read the forum rules Forum rules - everybody please read!!
