Love my iPad 2. Want to be more work friendly with it in 2013

How do I rearrange my icons? I have some that are loose and some that are in a grouped icon. I want to have them all out so I can see them and then to reorganize them in work/personal/play grouped icons

All I can seem to do is delete them...

Hi mrb213--looks like bamashooter has given you some good info here, hope that works for you.
