i have an ipad3 and i jb it...it got some problem after some days and is continuously restating and is unable to start...i read in one of threads your posts but i am unable to solve my problem....i tried to restore it by editing hosts file hundreds of times...but stuill getting 3094 error...it is struk on restarting again and again...my ipad is very valuable to me....please help me...thanks in advance....
I'm attempting to update a "New iPad" (iPad 3) to the newest firmware that was previously jailbroken. I happened upon this page when I recieved an error 3194. I redownloaded tinyumbrella only to discover the "Set hosts to Cydia on exit" option ghosted out. I have downloaded what I believe to be the proper restore file (*.ipsw etc etc...) but no matter what I do it errors out to 3194. I've disabled my firewall and antivirus to ensure that wasn't the issue. Attempted to disable "Request SHSH From Cydia" as TU suggested and that did not help either.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
Thank you for any help in advance!
I am about to frustrate with error 3194, i'm using ipad 2 ios 5.01, and i already jb my ipad, but because of some trouble which i can't open my thieving piracy tweak and cydia anymore from my ipad, i want to upgrade my ios, hoping that i will restore my ipad back to normal.
The problem is, everytime i want to restore my ipad using itunes, it always note that i encounter error 3194, i have followed many instructions from google, like updating host, etc, but still failed.
could anyone help me to resolve this problem??
Many thanks in advance

If I read your post correctly, you are trying to upgrade your iPad3 to iOS 6.0.1? If yes, and you're experiencing difficulties, try following the steps outlined in this tutorial: TUTORIAL - Failsafe method to restore the current version of IOS
how can i upgrade my jb ios 5.01 to 5.1.1 or 6.0? since i still suffered error 3194?
Oh, wait! I missed that piracy tweak in your first post. Fortunately for you - you got helped anyway. But, my advice now is the same as before - the only thing you can do is follow the steps in that link I provided.
This forum does not condone piracy nor support those those commit it. Not only is piracy against our rules, it's theft and thus illegal.
The only advice you are going to get here is to follow that link I posted (in thread #77) that will enable you to put the iPad back to stock (on ios 6.0.1). Oh, and another piece of advice: DON'T BE A PIRATE!!!
im trying to upgrade my ipad 2 currently on 5.01 to 6.1 but keep getting the error 3194
the ipad is not yet jail broken
i have tried editing the host file but still no luck
