About LinkBacksCan't open Some of the Excel files received with E mails. Initially I thought that it was only the newer versions with .xlsx.
But there is no pattern. It shows as a dat file.similar problem with docx and pptx but there is a consistency of not opening only the later verision

These files probably are using some feature that the app does not know about and cannot open/convert.

It is a daily report which comes as an .xlsx format. The mail is received on my laptop as well as on my IPad. On IPad, it can't be opened and it appears as winm ail.dat.
That may be explained. But the strange thing is that when reforward the same mail from the laptop to myself and check on my IPad, I can open the same file with no problems whatsoever ever.
Anyone has solution?
