    It is a restriction imposed by the carriers, nothing bigger than 20MB over 3G. So, you must use WiFi for those larger files.

    We can only hope that some day those restrictions will be lifted, increased or modified. But, for now, it is what it is.

    You may also have 'Use Cellular Data' for downloads turned Off in Settings - Store
