if GoodReader don't have this feature, could the more pricey iAnnotate do this?

I too would love this feature, and to rearrange. It'd be super-easy, you'd think. Click for a thumbnail view (like PDFs in iBooks) then tap and drag to rearrange or delete. Did Goodiware say try we're going to add it.
