What time will IOS 6 come out

Just FYI, not available yet here 7.30am in Brisbane Australia. Maybe late tonight when it's morning in the US.

I went on chat on apple store online, and the person said, there is no official time, but to check at 12:01AM PST, which is 3:01AM EST
