The open in dialog has been changed in IOS 6 as before it allow 10 entries, now it great in that allows more apps to appear. However on my iPad 3 it does not contain iBooks. I deleted the app and re installed it but that made no difference. I cannot see any new way of adding PDF documents to iBooks.

Anybody else have this problem?

Might this be app dependent? Did you try some other apps? I just opened a PDF in dropbox. It gives me three screens of apps to pick to open a file in. One of them says "Open in iBooks".

If it is a app problem, I suggest you contact the app developer to ask for an update.

If it is not an app problem, then there is something a bit askew with iOS 6 on your 2012 iPad.

I have just opened a PDF in the Dropbox app. I give three pages in the open in dialog, with less apps in the third, but iBooks is not there.
