Am not one for promoting apps but please indulge this exception.

App System Status is a slick utility that provides granular information about your iPad. Whether it be hardware, firmware, software, or any combination thereof this utility let's you see under the hood of your iPad and can provide valuable troubleshooting information when an iPad may be exhibiting unusual problems not remedied through standard troubleshooting methods.

I've attached a series of screen shots from various modules within the app. Note the detail of the information provided and ask yourself if you would find it valuable if chasing a problem that has you pulling your hair out.

Being a technophobe I love utilities of this nature regardless of whether I have a problem to resolve simply because it gives me visibility into how the device operates and interacts with the many apps out there.

Ive posted in this particular forum presuming most of the technically curios would wander in here at some point or other.

I failed to post the best part of the app...the system logs. Will put one up later. They point to where debug is required. I've fubarred apps to see the log entries. Switching my router off during a download, accessing mail, pushing apps to the background, totally pulling them out of RAM. All kinds of stuff. Very informative log entries.
