    Changing way IOS-5 operates

    To show open programs you need to swipe up using 4-fingers.
    Depending on the position of the iPad, this is usually VERY difficult and inconvenient
    Is there a way to change IOS-5 so you swipe down to show open programs?

    No, but you can do the same by double pressing the home button.
