About LinkBacksHi all. I'm a new member and am hoping someone can help me from pulling my hair out. I'm having trouble installing OS5 on my iPad. When I connect the iPad to iTunes..it goes through the motions of alerting me that the update is available..I accept the download and install option. It appears to download but won't install. It just gets stuck on the backing up and won't go any further. I've tried backing up iPad first...but still it won't install after the download. Does anyone have any ideas to help me please?
